Vaughn College Student Receives Pregnant and Parenting Scholarship for Second Time!

College Point, Queens, NY— Monday, December 29th, 2025 — On Monday December 29th, The Kathleen Mullally Foundation awarded an educational grant to Ms. Zoe Chen. Zoe Chen, the recipient, is currently pursuing a degree in airframe and power plant mechanics from Vaughn College. She is the mother of two young boys and plans to graduate in May. Zoe currently works in the industry at JFK airport and intends to complete her certification exams within the next two years. She said of the grant, it “this scholarship will be a tremendous help in supporting my educational goals and advancing my career in aviation.
